Watchguard Inc. runs the PopupExperience application during LEC 2019 event in Palexpo (Geneva, Switzerland) taking place 9 & 10 April 2019

During the LEC 2019 event in Palexpo (Geneva, Switzerland) taking place 9&10 April 2019, we met Orson Hofherr, Country Manager for Switzerland at Watchguard Technologies GmbH.

The booth was equipped with one of our interactive tables running the PopupExperience Application. The colors of Watchguard as well as their logo decorated the booth and the design of the software was in perfect harmony with their graphic brand image.

The main purpose of using the PopupExperience for this technology company is to offer a new way to interact with their prospects and customers. According to Orson:”It is a simple way to show how our products are set-up, and give our visitors a deeper impression”

Indeed, by using the PopupExperience, you won’t have to look for the right flyer based on the product you want to present, as all promotional information is consolidated in one tool i.e. your interactive table. Orson confirms: “It is a different approach as the customer is more involved in the presentation process. Our sales team can offer different products at the same time, and it helps them to give the right message to the customers. ”

Orson Hofherr discovered Atracsys Interactive last year at the same event. “I walked by your booth, and when I saw your solution, I told myself “Wow, I need it! “.

Watchguard then decided to take our interactive tables for a trial this year, and this is just the beginning: “This year’s experience has been a success and I’m very happy with it. For our next events, we will definitely be using the software again, adding some of your new features. The table catches the eye and it attracts more customers.”

The PopupExperience is a new kind of communication support and visitors are quiet drawn by this new concept. “ The visitors are very interested by our product but they never forget to ask about the table and the app” laughed Orson.

At Atracsys Interactive, we are always amused by people mentioning TV shows like “CSI: Miami “ or Hawai 5-0” when they first experience our applications and let us know “we did not know this solution exists in real life”.
